4. Delivery

Once shipped, delays caused by postal services, weather, customs, strikes, or other external factors are outside our control.

Change of Mind
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel.
Items must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In fully resellable condition
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed once items are returned and inspected. Original postage is non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with:

• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a refund or replacement. Items should be returned in original packaging wherever possible.

We welcome stockist and wholesale enquiries.
Wholesale accounts are approved individually and may have minimum order quantities and separate terms, which will be provided directly to approved partners.

As crystals are natural, slight variations in colour, size, or pattern may occur — making each piece completely unique.
If an error is discovered, we will contact you before processing your order.
