Refund policy
At Moonshine Wellness, we want you to feel truly happy with the crystals and wellbeing products you receive. Each piece is unique, intentional, and energetically sensitive, so we try to keep returns to a minimum - however, your rights as a customer are always fully protected under UK law.
1. Changing Your Mind (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you order from us online and change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to let us know you’d like to cancel your order.
To do this, simply email us with your order number.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused

In their original packaging

And in resellable condition
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we will refund the product cost to your original payment method.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

You are responsible for return postage

A tracked service is strongly recommended, as we cannot refund items lost in transit
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care when preparing and packaging your order, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When emailing us, please include:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve this as quickly as possible — usually with a replacement or refund.
If a return is required, please send the item back in its original packaging wherever possible.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain items (such as skincare, oils, or any product that has been opened or used) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
If a product is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
4. Condition of Returned Items
To receive a full refund (excluding faulty items):

In the same condition you received them
If an item is returned to us damaged, used, or not in resellable condition, we may refuse the refund or offer a partial refund.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Once your return has been inspected and approved, we will email you to confirm your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund and display it on your statement.
