Shipping policy

At Moonshine Wellness, we take great care in packing and sending your orders with love, intention, and attention to detail. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your items.


1. Processing Times

All orders are prepared and packaged within 1–3 working days.
As a small, one-woman business, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods — but we always do our best to send your order as quickly and carefully as possible.


2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We currently ship within the UK only.

Orders are sent using reliable, trusted courier or Royal Mail services. Delivery timeframes typically range from:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days

  • Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days

(Delivery speeds may vary depending on your location and courier delays.)

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method chosen.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable).
You can follow your parcel’s journey using the courier’s tracking service.


4. Delivery Delays

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, delays can occasionally occur due to:

• Royal Mail/courier disruptions
• Weather conditions
• Seasonal peaks
• Incorrect delivery information

These delays are outside of our control, but we’re always here to help and support you in tracking down your parcel.


5. Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, your courier may leave a card, send an email/text, or take the parcel to a local depot or sorting office.
It is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel before it is returned to us.

If an order is returned due to non-collection, we can resend it once additional postage is paid.


6. Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an address error causes your parcel to be delayed, lost, or returned to us, we cannot be held responsible. We’re happy to resend once postage is repaid.


7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the items

We will resolve this quickly with a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. Lost Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check tracking

  • Then check with neighbours or local depots

  • If still missing, contact us so we can investigate

A parcel is only considered officially “lost” once the courier confirms this.
At that stage, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


9. International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally, but this may change in the future.
